Web Traveller is a team of IT professionals with years of experience working with travel wholesalers. Our focus
is helping travel wholesalers get the most out of their business, with the effective use of information systems.
Web Traveller’s core product is the Tr@veller reservations system - suitable for travel wholesalers of any size,
Tr@veller is the most functionally rich reservations system available, utilising a combination of proven technology,
the most up-to-date platforms, and the power and flexibility of the internet.
Tr@veller is flexible, easily customised by trained users, and can scale down to single users, or up to many
hundreds of users, supporting your business as it changes and grows.
The licensing for Tr@veller is likewise flexible, to suit the size and needs of your business. The licensing models
Web Traveller offers include:
- Initial Licence Fee, plus Annual Licence Renewal
- Monthly Financing of Licence Fees
- Per Transaction Fees
Please note that these licence fees are only for the use and support of the Tr@veller reservations system.
Licences for additional software required to operate Tr@veller, such as Windows Server and SQL Server, are not
covered by these fees.
Initial License Fee, plus Annual Licence Renewal
This is the licensing model used by many software vendors - you may purchase any number of licences when first
installing the system, the requirement being one licence per user on the system at any one time. For instance,
you may have 30 people in your company, but would expect only 20 to be signed in at any given point in time -
In this case, only 20 licences are required.
The cost of additional licences decreases as the number of licences increases. This licence fee is a one-off
investment, and for this fee you get ALL of the functionality of the system included. It is up to you how much you
use; we have the skills to assist you in configuring the system to best suit your needs.
As your usage increases, further licences can be purchased at any time.
In addition to the Initial Licence Fee, there is a fee for the annual renewal of your licences. This fee
entitles you to the support of the Tr@veller application by Web Traveller, as well as functionality added to
Tr@veller through our policy of continuous development.
We will be happy to provide a licence fee quotation upon request.
Monthly Financing
Licence fees can be financed over an agreed time period for approved clients, utilising monthly repayments in
advance. This arrangement can be structured to include the annual licence renewal.
Per Transaction Fees
Web Traveller also offer a licensing model that does not require an up front capital outlay, which may be
preferable to a growing business. In this scenario, Web Traveller receives a payment for each completed booking
that is processed in the Tr@veller system.
This payment can be a fixed amount, or a percentage of the value of the booking. The final arrangement is
dependant on the expected volume of bookings, and the Tr@veller functionality you require.
